Rocky Branch Service LLC specializes in land clearing, forestry mulching, brush removal, and related services. All work performed is subject to site conditions and client requirements as agreed upon in writing before the commencement of any project.
All estimates are based on preliminary assessments and may change based on actual site conditions. Pricing may be adjusted due to factors including, but not limited to:
- Terrain
- Vegetation density
- Equipment requirements
- Weather conditions
- A signed agreement and deposit (if applicable) may be required before work begins.
Scheduling is based on crew availability, weather conditions, and project complexity. We make every effort to adhere to scheduled dates but may need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.
Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
The client must provide adequate access for all equipment and personnel. The client is also responsible for marking:
- Property boundaries
- Underground utilities
- Septic systems
- Any features requiring protection
We are not liable for damage to any unmarked utilities, structures, or underground systems.
Land clearing and forestry work involve inherent risks. While we exercise care and professionalism, the client assumes all risks related to natural and pre-existing property conditions.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
- Natural terrain
- Existing property hazards
- Unforeseen underground obstacles
- Weather-related issues
Clients are encouraged to maintain appropriate property insurance coverage.
Payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees or interest. Accepted payment methods will be specified in the service agreement.
The client is responsible for obtaining any required permits related to land clearing, debris removal, or environmental compliance.
Rocky Branch Service LLC follows all applicable local, state, and federal regulations and expects clients to do the same.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at any time if:
The client violates these Terms
Unsafe or impractical job conditions arise
Access is restricted or hazardous
Required information is withheld by the client
Any disputes should first be addressed in good faith between the client and Rocky Branch Service LLC. If no resolution is reached, disputes will be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the MISSISSIPPI.
